If you've previously purchased an app or made in-app purchases, you can restore them by:

• iOS: Open the app, go to Settings or the purchase screen, and tap "Restore Purchases"
• Android: Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase, then tap "Restore Purchases" in the app

If you're experiencing issues, try these steps:

1. Close the app completely and reopen it
2. Restart your device
3. Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play
4. Make sure your device's operating system is up to date
5. If the issue persists, contact us with details about the problem

Refunds are processed through Apple or Google, not directly by us. Here's how to request one:

• iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
• Android: Open Google Play, go to Account → Purchase History, find the purchase, and tap "Request a refund"

Yes! We take privacy seriously. Most of our apps store data locally on your device only. We don't sell your data to third parties. For complete details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Yes! When you purchase an app or make in-app purchases:

• iOS: You can download the app on any device signed in with your Apple ID
• Android: You can download on any device signed in with your Google account

Note: iOS and Android purchases are separate (buying on one platform doesn't give you access on the other).
